The three blissful days are here again this year. As usual, the first day is a trio. Each of us makes full use of the new special moves and ninjutsu we have developed over the past year, and we improvise together as a trio.
On the second day, we will be holding a session called ‘Altered Brass!’, with Ryuichi Yoshida (baritone sax) and Tomohiko Gondo (euphonium) as guests.
And on the final day, we will be performing pieces by the legendary pianist Keith Jarrett, who is a lifelong mentor to Takara, with a focus on pieces from his European Quartet, with Kumiko Takara (vib) as a guest.
