Since the release of his CD "Mais Azul Que Blue" in November 2022, Koichi Hiroki has been performing with vocals, cello, double bass, percussion, and quinteto (with gut guitar). This time, for the first time in a long time, they appeared as a trio without drums, carrying an electric guitar.
Nobumasa Tanaka (p) has an unconstrained creativity, and Erika Sato (ac-b) has an open mind and free spirit. Hiroki and Tanaka have been friends for 30 years through HIROKI BAND, and Sato and Hiroki met for the first time in 10 years. Besides Koichi Hiroki's originals, they will play jazz, Cuban, Chilean and Brazilian. The band has tension and intimacy, yet unfolds freely and significantly. We look forward to seeing you there!
