It all started with free jazz. In my 20s, I was inspired by Albert Ayler, enthralled by the Art Ensemble Of Chicago, and enlightened by Milford Graves. At the age of 35, I moved to Europe, discovered Improvisation, and started playing free improvisation... My activities with Peter Brötzmann lasted for 20 years. Now once again I challenge the possibilities of my own free jazz performance!
