*Reservations (priority entrance at the time of opening) will be accepted from 11:00 AM on September 1 (thu) by phone (03-3354-2024), at the reception desk of Pit Inn Shinjuku, or through the online ticket reservation form for each performance date on our website.
Reservations will be accepted until the day before the event.
It will be our first 3DAYS in 3 years since 2019. In 2020-21 it was only 2DAYS due to the Covid pandemic. It is exciting!
The first day, October 18 (Tuesday), is "TOKYO GEIDAI Special Saxophone Quintet & Piano". This is our collaboration with the current Tokyo University of the Arts 4th year students. They are an elite group that also participated in the "Jazz in Geidai" album "GEIDAI PLAYS HONDA," so we can't afford to sit idle. Please enjoy the sound of the University of the Arts!
The middle day, October 19 (Wednesday), is "BW4 (Burning Wave Quartet) with May Inoue. Last year, the members released the album "CC-Rex" and went on a long tour in May and September of this year. It is in prime condition. We will perform paying tribute to Chick Corea Please enjoy the band sound in perfect harmony.
The last day, October 20 (Thursday), is "THE SUPER QUARTET 2022". In 1986, I produced the album "THE SUPER QUARTET" with Takehiro Honda, Mitsuaki Furuno, and Motohiko Hino, who are the greatest masters of their art, and went to jazz festivals and tours. Unfortunately, two of them have already passed away. This time, we are pleased to welcome two musicians who were closely associated with them, and will revive the quartet for one night only as the 2022 edition. The repertoire will also be mainly from those days.
