My quintet is called Fauvism, but it was originally the name of a painting movement from the early 20th century that was translated as “The Fauvists”. I thought that the ideal image of a band for me, where each member makes a choice based on their own judgment in the moment without words, and the result is an elevated collective, is like a group of wild animals, and that's why I chose this band name. This is the first time in 10 months that we will be performing at Pit Inn, and we will be welcoming Kenta Tsugami, who was a guest at our last performance, as a member, and also welcoming Umi Ogimi on drums.
