The band was named after the acronym for Acoustic Progressive Jazz in an attempt to play progressive music in the style of a piano trio. Their fourth album, 'Ryusen kei no motsure (Streamlined tangles)’, has been highly acclaimed not only by jazz fans but also by progressive rock fans.
Ryuichi Yoshida, who was due to make a surprise appearance in May (lol), is finally making his appearance! He and Namba are both members of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of Japan, so what kind of banquet will unfold? Please check it out!
